Nothing gives me more pleasure than customizing a ceremony for the unique elements that nature and the ocean present. Creating rituals for an outdoor setting can present both opportunities and challenges. I listen to your wishes and concerns, your religious and spiritual background, your own special love story, and design a ceremony that is all that you envisioned. The first thing that I will ask you to do is fill in a questionnaire that helps me to get a real sense of who you both are and what bonds you together. I will then come up with a draft and suggestions and we continue from there until you are completely satisfied.

I also specialize in Heart-Centered Bodywork. I believe that when you change your ideas about yourself, you change your experience of life as well. My work helps you to recognize and defuse the stressers that keep you from reaching your full potential.

I intuitively combine therapies in each session. Integrative stress defusion includes Process Acupressure, One Brain/Kinesiology, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Guided Imagery, Holistic Hypnotherapy, Essential Oils, Flower Essences, Color and Sound Healing.

I especially love working with women searching for meaning and spiritual fulfillment in their mid-life, a time of questing, when we are able to refocus our attention on what makes our hearts sing. I also have had the privilege of bearing witness to a person's passing and am honored to share in the spiritual and emotional preparation necessary for a conscious transition.

As an ordained interfaith minister, I am uniquely qualified to support your spiritual needs; including counseling, ceremonies and rituals.

Bodywork, Counseling Sessions, and Workshops are conducted at Essential Wellness Center in Paoli, PA. I am available for ceremonies and rituals in Southern New Jersey from Ocean City to Cape May.

I live in Cape May, New Jersey with my husband, daughter and three cats.
